Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
We’ll pack and ship your order within 2 business days, because we know waiting is the hardest part.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Australia. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details and rates.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. If you can’t find it or need an update, just ask, we’re here.

Fit & Sizing

How do I know what size to get?
Every body is different, and so are personal preferences. But for a general rule:

• If you’re 176cm or under → Shorter length is for you.
• If you’re 177cm or taller → Regular length usually works best.
• Longer legs + shorter torso? You may still need Regular length if your around 172cm or taller.

The best way to know: measure your inseam. It makes all the difference.

What if they don’t fit?
We’re confident they will (fit is what DEVENI is built on). But if not, no stress - we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Why did you start DEVENI?
Because we were tired of clothes that didn’t fit right. Too tight here, too loose there, too long, too short… it was exhausting. So we built DEVENI to solve real problems and give people the confidence they deserve, without needing a tailor.

What makes DEVENI different?
Our designs solve the problems most clothes ignore: waist gaps, tight thighs, awkward lengths. Every piece is stretchy, flattering, and comfortable enough to live in.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Do you have stockists or a showroom?
Right now, DEVENI is online only (so we can focus on getting fit exactly right). We occasionally run pop-ups or events - join the mailing list so you don’t miss out.

Do you use sustainable or ethical practices?
Absolutely. Respect for people and planet is at the heart of DEVENI. We source responsibly, use ethical production partners, and keep waste low. We’re always working to improve, it’s part of the journey.

How do I care for my jeans?
To keep them looking and fitting their best:

• Wash sparingly
• Wash inside out in cold water
• Use a gentle cycle
• Avoid harsh detergents
• Air dry if you can

These simple steps protect the stretch, colour, and shape so your jeans last longer.
