Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products should be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred choice.
Defective or Incorrect Items

International Returns
- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
