Softer than a chino has any right to be. And a 27 inch inseam.

Every pair of chinos on the rack is cut for a longer leg. You hem them before you can wear them, every single time. Ours arrive at 27 inches.

Then there is the soft fabric, which is not what a chino usually has. Most are cotton twill: stiff out of the bag, soft only after a dozen washes. Ours is a viscose blend with real elastane in it, so it has a soft handle from the first wear.

• 5% elastane, which is more than most: a typical stretch chino carries about 2%. Ours moves properly through the leg and pulls straight back
• Slim through the leg: a clean line that reads longer, without gripping
• Stretch elasticated waistband: fitted and comfortable, holds through a full day sitting down
• Etched logo button: DEVENI laser etched, no branding anywhere else
• Fully functioning pockets: front and rear, clean rear pocket with no flap
• Holds its shape: the polyamide in the blend keeps the knee and seat from bagging out
